CityGov Bundle#
CityCall is a software solution developed specifically for municipal service centers to enable employees to quickly and efficiently research and provide information for citizen inquiries. This platform serves as a central point of contact for telephone enquiries by optimizing access to complete and up-to-date information. By improving the provision of information, CityCall helps to speed up service for citizens and make the work of service center staff easier.

Installation#
First add the Sitepark Flex Repository before installing the bundle.
Use Composer to install this component in your PHP project:
composer require atoolo/citycall-bundle
Extended indexing#
The bundle contains Document Enricher, which extends the full-text index for the search with CityCall-specific fields. This allows CityCall-specific searches to be created.
